《Building Church Leaders》 is one of the ministry focus of OCM (Overseas Campus Ministries, Inc.) , a ministry organization targeted their ministries serving Chinese intellectuals and Chinese churches, both in mainland China and overseas. For more information on OCM and its ministries, please go to www.oc.org.)
《Building Church Leaders》is a ministry intended to provide Chinese churches a wide variety of leadership Training Tools in Chinese via downloads through the website www.bcl-chinese.net. These Training Tools are translated, with permission, from those available in English through the website www.BuildingChurchLeaders.com. The English versions were developed by the editors of Leadership Journal and Christianity Today International, drawing upon the wisdom of some of the top Christian leaders of our time.
The downloadable, easy-to-use Training Tools are intended to provide everything pastors and church leaders need to prepare a relevant training session in a matter of minutes. At the present time, only limited number of these Training Tools has been translated and available in Chinese. You can pass out these downloads to your leaders, or use them for your own development. Each resource is designed with church boards, committees, staff, or volunteers in mind. You select the topical tool that fits what you want to accomplish, download it, make up to 10 copies for each of the downloads, if needed, and lead a discussion with your team.
In addition to translating Training Tools available from www.BuildingChurchLeaders.com, we plan to indigenize these tools in the near future after testing the use at Chinese churches, both in mainland China and overseas. Secondly, related reference materials from OCM publications are available from the site to supplement these tools. The reference materials will be further expanded to include published articles from other Chinese publications. Thirdly, 《Building Church Leaders》offers selected training courses by experienced trainers for the use of these Training Tools. The goal is to train the trainer as opposed to replacing the church leader’s direct involvement in its own training. We will accept invitations by churches and/or ministry organizations where such training is feasible.

What is available?
The English versions of the Training Tools from www.buildingchurchleaders.com have available close to 1,000 titles in the following categories. For the Chinese version from www.bcl-chinese.net, the initial rollout includes over 20 titles translated, with practical use in ministries. The translation and upload of additional titles will continue over time to broaden the number of titles available, with a target of over 50 by the end of 2012.
